Romanian Roulade With Apples Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon grated lemon
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Romanian Roulade With Apples Preparation Instructions
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and grated give. Drain the juice (not all), and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and other flavors (rum, vanilla).
Pour into a baking paper lined tray and spread evenly in one layer so as to cover the entire surface of the pan.

– in the form of cake: invert on a rack, remove baking paper and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and partitioned into cubes;
– In the form of rolls: pour on a kitchen towel and remove the paper.
Roll up cake fast and tight, as it is hot. Allow to cool wrapped in cloth. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before being sliced. Serve warm or cold as the flavors were well intertwined.
If you want something more sophisticated, this recipe can add pumpkin, pears, nuts or raisins, or other favorite fruit combinations.
